I had a the best experience at AIP. I met some of my best friends and had the most amazing instructors. AIP fully prepared me for being out in the work force and I got hired at my dream job because of it!!!
My experience at Aveda institute of Portland has been the most fun, hardest, and most rewarding times of my life. My instructors inspired me, pushed me, gave me skills and knowledge that I'll take with me for the rest of my career.
I had a wonderful experience at aveda. I went in a bit unsure about what I wanted to do and left extremely confident. I love doing makeup and facials. I find it both rewarding and exciting. I can't believe how much I learned in such a short amount of time, and Beatrice Van was there every step of the way. I can't imagine my aveda experience without her, and she really helped drive me, to improve and stay on course. I also see her now as a friend and have the upmost respect for her. I'm extremely glad that I chose to go to Aveda and am excited to embark on my new career!
My experience with Aveda Institute Portland and the Vancouver Campus has been nothing but positive. The team work and professionalism of everyone around me always lifts me up and makes my workday experience a great one. I know I can depend on my team to ensure both students and guests always have a positive experience. Our leaders are always looking for ways to help us improve both professionally and personally. I just graduated from Aveda Institute of Portland. My experience there was amazing. I appreciated that the entire time I was there we went through phases. I had more than one instructor which was great because you were inspired by so many fabulous instructor's . The instructors helped guide me throughout the time i was there. They push you to be the best and they give you the tools to become the best. I don't think I would have made it this far without these inspiring teachers . Aveda Institute of Portland - Vancouver Campus is an amazing school, the instructors and staff faculty are great by doing all they can to help students reach their full potential. I not only received an education and life long friendships with my fellow classmates, I also got a better sense of community by being involved in the Catwalk for Water fundraiser!
My experience at Aveda Institute Portland was unlike any other educational experience I have ever had. The atmosphere is so professional yet relaxed. The amount of knowledge I received was incredible. They really do give you the tools to succeed and feel comfortable in learning. The instructors are amazing and help you feel ready to hit the ground running after graduating. I consider my classmates and my instructors to be like family :)
My journey at Aveda Institute Portland began in January 2015. I had been wanting to start the Esthetician program for quiet some time before I took the plunge and started. I knew that if I was going to go to school for something, it would be for something I truly loved; which is helping others feel and look great from the inside out. I knew Aveda was calling my name.The reason I didn't start sooner was because the drive to school would've been an hour and a half from Tillamook where I live. It seemed so expensive and almost impossible to do the program alone. I had mentioned the school to one of my family members and she too seemed interested in doing the program. We took a tour a week before school started, and on that same day we toured we registered.
My experience was so worth it! I felt so welcomed, I felt safe being there ,my instructors pushed me and never stopped believing in me-which lead me to not give-up on myself. This decision has to be one of the best ones I have made. Having to take turns on driving five days a week paid off, I’am so proud to say that I went to school at a great school, with people I can always count on for help, with a group that I will always be able to call my tribe, my Aveda family!
