How You Earn

Earn 1 point for every $1 spent on products and services at Aveda Institute Portland. Redeem your points for your favorite products and enjoy rewards that celebrate clean, vegan, cruelty-free beauty.

  1. Book services or purchase products on campus.
  2. Earn points automatically with every eligible purchase.
  3. Earn $10 for every 100 points. 

Exclusions: Gift Cards do not apply for Points. Earned credit is not redeemable for cash or credit towards a service. Points are non-transferable. Not valid for travel size product purchases. Must be purchased in-store only. Only one discount can be used per transaction. Points expire at the end of each calendar year.

Membership Program

Is it free to join?

Yes! Sign up at the front desk during your next visit.

When does my membership start?

Your membership starts the day you join. Enjoy discounts immediately. (Note: Points earned through same-day promotions require 24 hours before they can be redeemed for product purchases)

Do memberships expire?

Yes. The membership program is valid until December 31, 2026.

Do I have to renew my membership?

Yes. You must sign up at the front desk. Membership is not automatic.

How do I sign up?

You must sign up at the front desk at our Portland or Vancouver location. 

 

Reward Points

How long do my points last?

Points will expire and reset at the end of each year.
Where can I check my points balance

You can see your points balance on your online booking profile, in the Pocket Salon app (using your same online booking login), or at the bottom of your receipt!

Does my earned credit stack?

Earned credits will stack during the year if not used, but they will expire at the end of the year.

Will my earned credits rollover to the next year?

Account credits must be used by the end of each calendar year and will not roll over to the next year.
