The successful candidate must be sales driven, goal oriented, and have strong communication and listening skills.
Must have a proven track record of exceeding assigned, sales goals.
Direct all functions and activities related to student recruitment, enrollment and retention to meet overall goals.

Job Responsibilties:

  • Ensure enrollment goals are met thus meeting tuition revenue goals.
  • Conduct phone, email, text, and social media communication with prospective students.
  • Make accurate updates to the CRM database, and enter detail notes explaining progress.
  • Keep the student interested and motivated between the time that he or she applies and the stated of the scheduled class.
  • Assist in building relationships with local salon and spa owners in the market to increase partnership and support of future Aveda Institute graduates.
  • Assist with planning and implementing quarterly on-site career days/job fairs.
  • Travel to Northwest career fairs and high schools.
  • Implement, upgrade and evaluate all enrollment systems on a continual basis.
  • Attend advanced training seminars that pertain to job responsibilities.
  • Host open houses for AIP.
  • Prepare all support material, set-up and tear down booth and equipment at all events related to student recruitment.
  • Interdepartmental cooperation with Financial Aid.
  • Confident knowledge of Esthiology, Nails and Hair Education:
  • Report to the Director for Enrollment Counseling.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:

  • 2 years of successful sales experience required.
  • Good understanding of and experience with a sales cycle.
  • Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
  • Ability to travel.

Compensation:

  • $18.00 - $22.00 Hourly DOE.
  • Excellent benefits including medical insurance and paid time off.
