Amanda Miller

An Aveda Institute Portland alum, Amanda has been in the cosmetology industry for 10 years, specializing in body waxing for the past seven. (If you look closely at our student photoshoot wall, you can spot her!) She loves seeing her students grow, gain confidence, and get excited for their careers beyond school.

Known for her expertise in waxing, Amanda is passionate about helping students master their skills and build a strong foundation for success. Her goal is to inspire future beauty professionals to embrace their craft with confidence and enthusiasm.

Outside the classroom, you’ll find Amanda biking, paddleboarding, or soaking up the sun with her cat by her side.
